John has an extensive background for the last 3 decades, managing and developing aviation support companies both in New Zealand and more recently the Asia Pacific region from Singapore. He is King Country born, raised in Raglan and back in the Waikato where Cambridge is now his home. Originally an engineer by trade, John has an innate passion for creating value, continuous improvement and being a serial tinkerer. He loves to spend time ‘under the bonnet’ to figure out how things can run smoother and better.
